These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, and other online services (collectively, the “Site”) operated by Michael Murphy for Clark County Public Administrator and Friends of Mike Murphy (“Campaign,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms referenced herein.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will provide notice by updating the Effective Date, posting a notice on the Site, or otherwise notifying users. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Text Messaging & Mobile Communications

By subscribing to Campaign text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated messages related to campaign news, events, volunteer opportunities, and fundraising. Message and data rates may apply.

The Campaign is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for message delivery. The Campaign may suspend or discontinue text messaging services at any time without notice.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except with vendors who require access to perform services for the Campaign and who are prohibited from using the information for their own purposes.

 

3. User Content

You may have the opportunity to submit content such as comments, stories, photos, or videos (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant the Campaign a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and modify such content for lawful campaign purposes.

You agree not to submit content that violates any law or infringes upon the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights. The Campaign reserves the right to remove User Content at its discretion.
