The Campaign is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for message delivery. The Campaign may suspend or discontinue text messaging services at any time without notice.
Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except with vendors who require access to perform services for the Campaign and who are prohibited from using the information for their own purposes.
3. User Content
You may have the opportunity to submit content such as comments, stories, photos, or videos (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant the Campaign a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and modify such content for lawful campaign purposes.
You agree not to submit content that violates any law or infringes upon the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights. The Campaign reserves the right to remove User Content at its discretion.
